FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We do not have a specific rush service option but will accept rush orders where we can. This is generally season and product dependent. If you have an event date, please check with your rep for timing.

We do have in-house graphics for all golf/promo items. When requesting a mockup please ensure you submit vector art and any applicable information on design/color for our artists. Any artwork files that are not vector will be subject to a redraw fee. We kindly ask that you limit your requests to a maximum of 3 items. Please note that this policy does not apply to any apparel or PPE items, please see Quality First Uniforms website for more information.

We have a number of manufacturing facilities around the globe including Canada, the United States, Mexico and China. We ship direct from the factory to either you or your customer - whatever you prefer! All duties/taxes and import fees are paid by us so you never have to worry about additional charges at delivery.

Freight charges are calculated on a per poundage rate based on the total weight of your shipment as opposed to your destination. This allows us to give you the best possible shipping rate regardless of where you are and what factories we use.

We do keep samples of most items for those that would like to see the product. Samples are typically charged as 1 unit (net) minus 40%. Freight is usually between $10-$15 depending on how many samples and the destination address. We do not ship on third party accounts into the US as we have no way to know what extra charges may apply to your shipment/account (duties/taxes/brokerage etc.). Shipping on our DHL express account always includes those extra charges and is usually faster and cheaper than shipping on third party. If you would like to ship on your own UPS account into the US you do so with the understanding that you are solely responsible for any additional fees associated with that shipment and will not be reimbursed for those charges.
